The Delivery Monitoring Tool (DMT) tracks every truck dispatched by the National Medical Stores. Below is a live view of the four supply zones, the facilities they serve, and what is being delivered right now.
How NMS routine supply works
NMS runs a scheduled, zone-based supply chain. Each of the 4 zones has 6 routine cycles per financial year, staggered so warehouse and fleet load stays balanced. A delivery is considered on-time if it arrives within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
Health facility submits order and consumption report through the Client Self-Service Portal by the zone's cycle deadline.
NMS Client Services encodes, validates and adjusts the order inside the NMS+ ERP.
Approved order is allocated, picked, packed and staged for dispatch at the NMS warehouse.
Fleet or 3PL transporter delivers along the zone route, targeting the published estimated delivery date.
Facility verifies the delivery; status is captured in the delivery monitoring system.
